Hoover Grass

Hello Everyone,

         Sorry about last week, no time left on the computer. However, this week was exciteding. We finally helped a member in the ward do some Saturday chores.


         I don't know why but whenever we offer to help anyone clean their home or serve them in any way they say,"oh no we're fine, you have better things to do with your time." Little do they know that we would LOVE to help them because without members missionaries have a harder time doing missionary work. 


Which would you rather do: clean someone's house for an hour, or tract for two hours?


         Sister Green was kind enough to allow us over. Her knee is in need of rest and we were in need of service. Something special about Sister Green's home is her front garden. Her grass is fake, in order to clean it up a hover is involved. It's every missionary's desire to hover her front garden. That's exactly what we did! 

         Yes, I know. I look like a 50's mom! I feel like I could put up  the picture as an AD that says "Ways to enjoy being a housewife!" haha

          Another exciting event happened. Sister Oswald and I did some calculations and discovered it was our BIG 50!   Fifty days of being companions! We celebrated with Chocolate Chunky cookies. (insert pic

           Another Great Week in East Kilbride and more exciting adventures are waiting to be experienced!  Hope everyone is enjoying Spring. We are finally seeing some color in Scotland and It's exciting to see God's creation unfolding.
