"I'm Skyard"

Sister Hopkin and I had dinner at our Bishop's home monday night and one of their wee ones said she was skyard (scared and tired put into one word, just in case you did you know!)

She summed up how I feel quite well - I'm looking forward to my nap today.

Anyway, more exciting news. Sister Hopkin never has had thortons icecream before and it may have been our last p-day together so we decided to get some.

As you can see, it's desireable :)
We brought a member with us (I think I might have already shared this.....oh well it's worth sharing again). His name is Brother McCafferty, we have been telling him for months how delicious thortons is and he has been dying to try it. We invited him and had a great time! What a character he is!

Here are some other pictures of us.

This is one of many great sites we see every day.

The days are getting colder and we are expecting snow at the end of october.....buurrrrrr. It was so cold one morning I almost unpacked my winter gloves and scarves. However, Scotland has VERY unpredictable weather. The mornings are cold, by afternoon we want to shed all our layers and night is right inbetween. haha Never thought weather would be such a barrier as a missionary! I still love the work and wouldn't change it for the world.

Have a great day!
